Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At Vihaag, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. To maintain fairness and prevent misuse, please read our policies carefully.
1. Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
- Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for size issues or if the product varies from the description.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Altered items or items altered at a third-party location
- Sale or discounted items
- Items purchased using a gift card
Exchange Process:

- We will arrange reverse pickup (if available). In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer must return the item at their cost.
- Exchanges allowed: Replacement for the same or different style
- Only one exchange per order is permitted. No cash refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please record a video while unboxing/opening the package to clearly show any damage or incorrect items.
- Items must be unworn with tags intact.
- We will arrange reverse pickup and provide a replacement.
- Claims reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Important Notes:
- Worn, used, stained, or damaged items will be sent back to the customer.
- Shipping charges and express delivery fees are non-refundable.
