Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Vihaag, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. To maintain fairness and prevent misuse, please read our policies carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges: 

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for size issues or if the product varies from the description.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items: 

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Altered items or items altered at a third-party location
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items purchased using a gift card

Exchange Process:

  • We will arrange reverse pickup (if available). In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer must return the item at their cost.
  • Exchanges allowed: Replacement for the same or different style
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted. No cash refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: 

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please record a video while unboxing/opening the package to clearly show any damage or incorrect items.
  • Items must be unworn with tags intact. 
  • We will arrange reverse pickup and provide a replacement.
  • Claims reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Important Notes:

  • Worn, used, stained, or damaged items will be sent back to the customer.
  • Shipping charges and express delivery fees are non-refundable.
