  • Once shipped, an email/WhatsApp notification with tracking details will be sent.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic (India): Free shipping on all orders.
  • International: Currently unavailable.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery: 5–7 business days depending on location.
  • Express delivery: Available on customer preference (subject to serviceability).

4. Delivery Partners

  • Orders are shipped through trusted courier services. Delivery times may vary based on service availability in the destination area.

5. Delays & Liabilities

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • Vihaag Design is not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

6. International Orders

  • International shipping is not supported at this time. We plan to expand services in the future.

7. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are shared via email/WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
  • If tracking issues occur, contact support for assistance.

8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

  • Please provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
  • Vihaag Design is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
