- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Once shipped, an email/WhatsApp notification with tracking details will be sent.
2. Shipping Charges
- Domestic (India): Free shipping on all orders.
- International: Currently unavailable.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery: 5–7 business days depending on location.
- Express delivery: Available on customer preference (subject to serviceability).
4. Delivery Partners
- Orders are shipped through trusted courier services. Delivery times may vary based on service availability in the destination area.
5. Delays & Liabilities
- Delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
- Vihaag Design is not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
6. International Orders
- International shipping is not supported at this time. We plan to expand services in the future.
7. Order Tracking
- Tracking details are shared via email/WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
- If tracking issues occur, contact support for assistance.
8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
- Please provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
- Vihaag Design is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
